RECREATION ATL offers many FREE fitness classes to our members, and they are run by certified trainers. They are great for beginners as well as experienced athletes. They are all highly energized and motivating, so our members can achieve the goal of fitness while having FUN. The Class Schedule is tentative and subject to change without advanced notice
